Testimonial: Our builder in Wilyabrup was fast and professional

It has only just been on 3 and half months since the pad of our house in Wilyabrup has gone down, and Leimac Building has almost completed the house. Hand-over is due in a couple of weeks!

We are most impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism of all the team and it has been very rewarding to be kept up to date with the progress and the weekly schedules by Gavin.

We are looking forward to moving in very soon and enjoying a glass of wine on our deck in the magical wine region of the South West.

The house in progress…. Our builder gave us a dream run.

Enjoying life in the South West

The Dousts were so happy with Leimac Building, they extended their bedroom and bathroom with no hesitation.

The bedroom included full-width bi-fold doors opening over a koi pond, and a rammed earth dividing wall between the bedroom and new en suite. The ensuite leads to a private outdoor area which features a stone bath tub — the perfect way to enjoy those balmy evenings in Wilyabrup summer.

Update 2018

Sam and Mike added a guest wing to their already beautiful house. Our brief was to match the style of the original house, yet build the wing as a stand-alone construction that could be locked when there were no guests present.

The deck was cantilevered over the lake to create an exotic, luxury getaway feel.

The fireplace features a solid cement slab on block-work build-up — not an easy task but worth the wow factor.
