ABOUT ME

My name is Anita Revel (rhymes with bell). I’m a qualified residential designer, and manage “Sheds By Leimac” personally. I live in Cowaramup, and have one of these sheds installed in my own backyard.

ABOUT THE SHED KITS

The shed kits are produced by Fair Dinkum Sheds so you are guaranteed of quality kits that comply with Australian standards. The sheds use Stramit profiles, Colorbond colours, and a range of other Australian companies for doors, windows and other components.

DESIGN & QUOTE

The questionnaire I’m about to send you helps me design the perfect shed for you.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Upon acceptance of your quote (and the plans), a 15% non-refundable deposit is required to set up your order. Once this is paid, your plans are locked in and engineering is ordered. You will need these plans for Shire approval.

STAGE 2 PAYMENT

A Stage 2 payment is required to order your kit. Current wait times is approximately two months from the date of your Stage 2 payment. We generally time this order based on your required delivery date.

STAGE 3 PAYMENT

Once your kit is ready to leave the yard, your final payment is required.
