Custom builders were all you got back when Gavin Leiper did his apprenticeship!

Leimac Building Pty Ltd was formally established in 1995 by registered builder Gavin Leiper, and is based in Cowaramup, in the south west of Western Australia.

Gavin brings over 30 years’ experience to the table. His practical skills and breadth of vision have enabled Leimac to grow to encompass the entire Western Australian region, with a focus on regional centres and remote corners whilst still servicing the needs of his local hometown of Cowaramup.

From the city to the outback, he has built more than 350 houses that are still the family home of many of his clients.

We service towns and areas such as Busselton, Dunsborough, Vasse, Yallingup, Cowaramup, Margaret River, Witchcliffe, Redgate, Augusta, and more.

Gavin and his wife Anita are active members of the Cowaramup community. They are often seen at the local tennis and golf clubs, and volunteer on various committees in the area.
