The Leimac Building Company has been servicing Western Australian families and businesses since 1995.

The company was established by Gavin Leiper, a registered builder for over 30 years, and specialises in framed home construction, custom-built homes and granny flats, commercial developments and renovation projects.

We are based at 356 Miamup Rd, Cowaramup, but service the whole of south west Western Australia. In fact, our office is built on land owned by the Leiper family since 1932. You can’t get much more local than that!
